About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly analytical Senior Reward Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our People and Culture division, you will play a critical role in the execution and analysis of the Bank's renumeration and benefits programs.

You will combine advanced MS Excel capabilities, problem-solving skills, and experience with data visualisation tools, with your ability to communicate well with stakeholders at all levels. This highly analytical role will be hands-on and work closely with other members of the team to:

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development, implementation and delivery of compensation and benefits policies, programs and practices across the organisation.
  • Manage remuneration data, provide reporting and conduct in-depth analysis to support decision making and ensure accurate execution of reward processes.
  • Support in the management of the annual remuneration review process, including planning, communication and delivery.

Requirements:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Finance, or equivalent related field.
  • Demonstrated success and previous experience in a specialist remuneration or compensation analyst role.
  • Strong understanding of salary benchmarking principles and methodologies.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (including SuccessFactors) and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel: including pivot tables, macros, VBA scripting and advanced formula usage.
  • Proven experience in PowerBI, Tableau, or similar visualisation tool.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
