  • The role of Senior Reward Analyst is a key position within the organisation's People and Culture division, responsible for developing, implementing and delivering compensation and benefits policies, programs and practices.
  • The successful candidate will manage remuneration data, provide reporting and conduct in-depth analysis to support decision making and ensure accurate execution of reward processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of compensation and benefits policies, programs and practices across the organisation.
  • Manage remuneration data, provide reporting and conduct in-depth analysis to support decision making and ensure accurate execution of reward processes.
  • Support in the management of the annual remuneration review process, including planning, communication and delivery.

Requirements:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Finance or equivalent related field.
  • Demonstrated success and previous experience in a specialist remuneration or compensation analyst role.
  • Strong understanding of salary benchmarking principles and methodologies.
