Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled remuneration professional to join our organization, responsible for the execution and analysis of compensation and benefits programs.

This role involves contributing to the development, implementation, and delivery of compensation and benefits policies, programs, and practices across the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess a relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or Finance, along with demonstrated success and previous experience in a specialist remuneration or compensation analyst role.

A strong understanding of salary benchmarking principles and methodologies is essential, as well as experience with HRIS systems and advanced proficiency in MS Excel.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are also required, as well as a high attention to detail and accuracy.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in PowerBI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development, implementation, and delivery of compensation and benefits policies, programs, and practices.
  • Manage remuneration data, provide reporting, and conduct in-depth analysis to support decision making.
  • Support the management of the annual remuneration review process, including planning, communication, and delivery.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or Finance.
  • Demonstrated success and previous experience in a specialist remuneration or compensation analyst role.
  • Strong understanding of salary benchmarking principles and methodologies.
  • Experience with HRIS systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Proven experience in PowerBI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
