Facilities Maintenance Specialist

At our living destination, we are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to ensure that our centre facilities are maintained and improved for optimal service delivery to retailers and customers.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering best-in-class hard and soft services to deliver excellence in customer and retailer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the centre team in maintaining and improving centre facilities
  • Administer asset management systems for work order management and prioritisation
  • Assist with the delivery of asset initiatives for environmental and sustainability targets
  • Maintain accurate records of asset maintenance, repair, and capital works
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders from within the business and beyond
  • Build engaging relationships with service providers to ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in retail, property, hospitality, or building management
  • Trade qualifications or experience
  • Strong customer service focus and exceptional administration skills
  • Proven capabilities in supervising contractors, clarifying instructions, and priorities to stakeholders
  • Technology-literate and able to use business and building management systems and software
