Job Title:

A Facilities Coordinator Role

Our company seeks a skilled facilities coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing facilities management programs, meeting maintenance requirements, and managing minor works projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with consultants, contractors, and other asset management staff to support project development, design, and construction phases.
  • Prepare project briefs, status reports, financial information, and associated documentation to inform decision-making on facilities management projects.
  • Provide advice and input to contribute to the development of technical specifications.
  • Coordinate immediate responses to emergencies such as fire, flood, and storm damage.
  • Monitor, record, and report on program progress in line with processes and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction and/or Facilities Management and/or relevant industry experience.
  • Experience in minor project facilities maintenance.
  • Strong communication, report writing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
