Facilities Management Professional
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Management Professional to oversee our facilities management service, encompassing maintenance, fire safety, mechanical and electrical support, and service coordination of all related administrative services.
About the Role:
- Support the FM team in responding promptly, effectively, and competently to all identified risks, hazards, risk-events, impairments, incidents, and emergencies.
- Deliver and fulfill the assigned Site Facilities Management and Operations Plan, including inspection, maintenance, and upkeep against agreed standards of the assigned site/s.
- Manage the supply chain for all included services and supplies, including initiation, contracting, and maintenance of supplier relationships.
- Prepare and present facilities and site-related management reports, including site status, performance, incident, cost, budget, service delivery, and management reports.
- Assist with budget estimation, tracking, and reporting of actuals and budgets, and prepare work orders, purchase requests, and purchase orders.
About You:
- 4+ years' experience in customer-facing or customer-service roles.
- Good written and oral communication and presentation skills, with client relationship experience.
- Good coordination skills to balance competing and conflicting priorities and demands.
- Energetic, anticipatory, and proactive within the scope of the role.
- Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
