We are seeking a motivated individual to fill the position of Facilities Coordinator.
In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to work in a multicultural environment and provide exceptional customer service support to organisations and individuals using community facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake caretaking roles across various neighbourhood and community centres and community hubs.
- Provide assistance over the phone and in person to customers using community facilities.
- Maintain facilities to ensure they are safe and well-maintained.
Requirements:
- Experience in a customer service role.
- Computer literacy in basic office applications and ability to learn corporate applications quickly.
- Ability to work within a team environment and with minimal supervision.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Current class C driver's licence.
- Current Senior First Aid Certificate.
