Melbourne Apartment Operations Manager

Opportunity Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Hotel Manager to oversee one of our apartment hotel buildings in Melbourne. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, dedicated individual who is passionate about the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a small team of employees effectively
- Attend to caretaking responsibilities as required
- Operate the front desk for reservations, check-ins and check-outs as necessary
- Handle minor maintenance issues promptly
- Collaborate with Landlords and Owners Corporation on apartment or building matters
Using your experience in hospitality/building management, you will be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of Property Management in the service apartment/hotel sector. You will provide coaching style leadership ensuring employee development, and a willingness to support your team.
Ideal candidates will have demonstrable knowledge of Strata Management and Owners Corporation matters. Experience with RMS is desirable.
