Expert Solution Design Specialist

We are seeking an expert solution design specialist to collaborate with our sales teams and provide technical consultation to customers, partners, and internal teams. The successful candidate will gather customer requirements, develop tailored system designs, and create comprehensive technical proposals.

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this position.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and present tailored system designs to customers and partners.
  • Provide expert consultation on solution design, configuration, and implementation.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and develop targeted solutions.
  • Create comprehensive technical proposals and system designs.
  • Manage technical responses for RFP/RFI tenders.
  • Oversee configuration, testing, and validation of products at customer sites, tradeshows, and events.
  • Support the Professional Services team and customers throughout implementation.
  • Diagnose faults and recommend solutions for technical support cases.
