About the Role

AECOM is seeking a highly experienced NSW Transmission & Distribution Leader to join our team in Sydney. As a leader in the Energy sector, this is an exciting opportunity to drive innovative change and support the acceleration of the energy transition with our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow a team of Transmission and Distribution Engineers, Designers and Drafters to deliver strong business results.
  • Support and build on headcount growth, nurture key client relationships and mentor a fantastic team of engineers to deliver high standard outcomes in Transmission and Distribution projects.
  • Collaborate with ANZ and global leaders to ensure continued success and growth in our Energy business.

Requirements

  • Extensive Transmission and Distribution experience across Australia or New Zealand.
  • A track record in leading others, driving change and expanding capability and capacity whilst delivering flawless execution.
  • A proven collaborative and influential leader, able to build effective relationships with clients and teams.
