Role Overview

As a NSW Transmission Leader at AECOM, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of multidisciplinary engineers in delivering key projects for major NSW clients in the energy sector. Your expertise in transmission and distribution will be instrumental in driving innovative change and supporting the acceleration of the energy transition.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of 35 engineers in delivering strong business results
Manage a team of Transmission and Distribution Engineers, Designers, and Drafters
Drive towards key client deliverables and support headcount growth
Nurture key client relationships and mentor a team of engineers to deliver high-standard outcomes
