As a Transmission and Distribution Leader, you'll play a key role in driving innovative change and supporting the acceleration of the energy transition with our clients.

The role will enable you to lead an established team of Transmission and Distribution Engineers, Designers, and Drafters to deliver strong backlog and future pipeline of key projects with major NSW clients in Energy.

You will support and build on headcount growth, nurture key client relationships, and mentor a fantastic team of engineers to deliver high standard outcomes in Transmission and Distribution projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and grow our key practices Transmission and Distribution practice, including Digital skillsets in NSW.
  • Engage in a truly diverse role, building current and prospective Energy clients in an exciting leadership opportunity.
  • Collaborate with ANZ and global leaders to ensure continued success and growth in our Energy business.
