About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Transmission and Distribution Leader to join our team in NSW. As a key member of our Energy sector, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers, designers, and drafters to deliver high-standard outcomes in Transmission and Distribution projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow our key practices in Transmission and Distribution, including Digital skillsets in NSW.
  • Engage with clients to build and maintain relationships, and mentor a team of engineers to deliver results.
  • Collaborate with ANZ and global leaders to ensure continued success and growth in our Energy business.
  • Be a role model, leading from the front, and driving cultural behaviors of collaboration, innovative thinking, trust, and result-focused work.

About You

We are looking for a proven leader with extensive Transmission and Distribution experience across Australia or New Zealand. You will have a track record of delivering strong business results, leading others, and expanding capability and capacity while driving flawless execution.
