We are seeking an experienced Senior Transmission & Distribution Professional to lead our team in Sydney, driving innovative change and supporting the acceleration of the energy transition with our clients.

This is an exciting opportunity to join AECOM's ANZ Energy team and contribute to shaping the future of energy infrastructure. About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of 35 multidisciplinary engineers, designers, and drafters in delivering key projects for major NSW clients in the energy sector. You will also be expected to support headcount growth, nurture key client relationships, and mentor junior team members to deliver high-standard outcomes.

  • Lead and grow our key practices in Transmission and Distribution, including Digital skillsets in NSW.
  • Engage with current and prospective Energy clients in a diverse role, offering an exciting leadership opportunity.
  • Collaborate with ANZ and global leaders to ensure continued success and growth in our Energy business.

What We Offer

A competitive salary package is on offer, estimated to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes:

  • A base salary of $100,000 per annum.
  • A performance-based bonus of up to $20,000 per annum.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, superannuation, and professional development opportunities.
