Job Description

As a Transmission & Distribution Leader at AECOM, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of experienced engineers and designers in delivering key projects for major NSW clients in the Energy sector.

You will be responsible for supporting and building on headcount growth, nurturing key client relationships, and mentoring a team of engineers to deliver high-standard outcomes in Transmission and Distribution projects.

  • Lead and grow our key practices in Transmission and Distribution, including Digital skillsets in NSW.
  • Engage in a diverse role, building current and prospective Energy clients in an exciting leadership opportunity.
  • Collaborate with ANZ and global leaders to ensure continued success and growth in our Energy business.
  • Be a role model, leading from the front, driving cultural behaviors of collaboration, innovative thinkers, trust, result-focused, and a care for colleagues to drive a psychological safety of being able to bring your full self to work.
