Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to individuals and groups, utilizing evidence-based practices and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualized plans that promote client autonomy, independence, and empowerment.
- Prioritize ongoing professional development through education, training, and networking opportunities.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture that values diversity, promotes employee well-being, and fosters a sense of community.
Requirements:
- Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) registration as an Occupational Therapist.
- Eligibility for membership with the Australian Association of Occupational Therapists (AAOT).
- Experience working with people with disability, preferably in a community-based setting, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
