Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized plans that promote client autonomy, independence, and empowerment.
  • Prioritize ongoing professional development through education, training, and networking opportunities.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture that values diversity, promotes employee well-being, and fosters a sense of community.

Requirements:

  • Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) registration as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Eligibility for membership with the Australian Association of Occupational Therapists (AAOT).
  • Experience working with people with disability, preferably in a community-based setting, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
