Occupational Therapist Role

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team and contribute to the provision of high-quality services to clients.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Occupational Therapy and be registered with AHPRA. They will also hold a Working with Children Check and National Police Check, as well as a current driver's license and own vehicle.

  • This is a full-time role that involves working on a mixed caseload including Adult and/or Paediatric clients, focusing on assessments or therapy-based services.
  • The successful candidate will conduct Functional / Activities of Daily Living Assessments and Support Needs recommendations, Assistive Technology Assessments, Fine Motor and Gross Motor therapy, and Housing needs Assessments.
  • They will deliver 1:1 Therapy, evidence-based and goal-oriented interventions, including 24-Hour seating and positioning assessment and implementation of recommendations.
  • Additionally, they will provide Adult Therapy (including group or 1:1 sessions), Manual Handling Assessments and Training, Developmental Milestone Assessments, Sensory Assessments and Interventions, and Emotional Regulation and Behavioural strategies working with Parents / Carers / Teachers.
