Aesop, a global retail organisation, is seeking a skilled and dynamic Retail Application Support Team Lead to join our team for 18-months.

This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills to lead the Retail Application Support Team and ensure comprehensive application support for Aesop's retail systems.

You will work closely with Product Managers and Product Teams to define and implement administration and support frameworks for critical retail systems and applications. Your ability to communicate technical ideas in a user-friendly language will be essential in this role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering effective strategy and planning to ensure comprehensive and high-quality application support service.
  • Assisting Application Services Manager and Product Managers to ensure retail systems meet business needs and are free from system problems or issues.
  • Leading the Retail Application Support Team to provide comprehensive 2nd-level support for Aesop's retail systems.
  • Managing incidents, problems, and changes through Aesop's Service Desk system.
