Event Operations Manager

The Event Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our venue, ensuring that all events are executed to perfection.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Effective event planning and execution in line with established procedures, including box office management, crowd control, and venue maintenance.
  • Representing the company through liaison with artists, promoters, and clients at events.
  • Recruiting, training, and managing event staff, including food and beverage personnel, ushers, and security suppliers.
  • Conducting regular venue inspections to ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
  • Updating and managing compliance documentation.
  • Reporting on event performance, security incidents, and financial matters.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and problem-solve quickly and effectively.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to supervise staff and provide high-level customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer literacy.
  • Knowledge of liquor licensing laws and workplace health and safety requirements.
