Job Title: Event Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the operation of events and ensure they are executed smoothly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will possess management experience in events and/or banquet operations, with a passion for delivering excellent service. You will have a hands-on leadership style, with the ability to support and motivate a team, as well as a strong understanding of food and beverage service standards and hospitality best practices.

Your responsibilities will include day-to-day leadership, supervision, and management of associates in the events department, coordination of all aspects of the department's operation, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will also be responsible for managing the initial and ongoing training and development of team members, ensuring all hotel policies & procedures are followed, and handling client queries and complaints with professionalism, concern, and understanding.
