Job Title: Event Operations Manager

Event Operations Manager - Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to manage the operational aspects of our events service. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of events and exceeding guest expectations.

  • Oversee the day-to-day supervision of associates in the Events Service department, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed
  • Coordinate all aspects of the departments operation, from event planning to execution, to ensure a seamless flow from beginning to end
  • Manage the initial and ongoing training and development of all team members, focusing on skills that enhance their ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain strong client relationships by understanding their specifications and communicating effectively with them

Our ideal candidate will possess experience in event management, preferably in a large hotel or venue setting. They should have a passion for delivering exceptional service, be an effective leader with strong communication skills, and demonstrate a solid understanding of hospitality best practices and food and beverage service standards.
