Events Operations Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while meeting operational goals.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead the events team to achieve outstanding results through effective management and coordination.
- Maximize revenue by promoting venue services and property offerings.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients throughout event planning and delivery.
- Efficiently manage complimentary events, controlling costs while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
- Oversee end-to-end execution of large events, coordinating with suppliers, venue managers, and stakeholders.
- Proven experience in event management, preferably in the hospitality industry (3-4 years management experience).
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software.
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
- Relevant qualification in Event Management or related field advantageous.
