Senior Medical Affairs Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to enhance the clinical uptake of Binding Site's EXENT products across the Asia-Pacific region.
- Play a pivotal role in shaping the scientific, publication, and health economic strategies.
- Collect and evaluate both internally generated (clinical verification and validation studies) and externally sourced (collaborative studies) data to produce abstracts, posters, manuscripts, and other scientific communications.
- Act as a representative for the organization at conferences, grand rounds, and patient symposia.
- Stay informed on the latest scientific developments in monoclonal gammopathies and immunological disorders, analyze Real World Evidence, and identify potential research opportunities and avenues for new product or claim development. Lead and manage medical research initiatives.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to establish project objectives and timelines.
- Effectively execute research strategies to foster scientific progress.
- Thrive in a dynamic environment to achieve high-quality outcomes.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
Qualifications:
- At least 8 years of experience in medical research or a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) role, preferably with a solid understanding of monoclonal gammopathies/multiple myeloma.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the healthcare sector and regulatory standards.
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
- A strong commitment to scientific excellence and ambitious objectives.
- An advanced degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
