Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Client Service Specialist to join our team at Willis Towers Watson. As a key member of our Middle Office team, you will play a critical role in managing and growing our Health and Benefits Practice.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that client risk management and insurance needs are identified and met, while providing exceptional support to our Client Service team and Sales team. You will work closely with our Global Delivery Centre (GDC) team based in Manila to deliver high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to the client service team and sales team in managing our clients' insurance programs
  • Prepare client documentation, including renewal reports, quote slips, and education flyers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with insurers, clients, and other key stakeholders
  • Liaise with insurers on renewals, terminations, and installations
  • Provide input and feedback on improving clients' policy structures and wordings
  • Consolidate insurer responses and negotiate terms with insurers
  • Maintain comprehensive client data on WTW systems
  • Manage workflow between consultants and GDC back office team to ensure service levels are achieved
  • Debtor collections are managed in accordance with the terms of trade
  • Lead and coach less experienced colleagues to cultivate a thorough understanding of insurance markets and offerings
  • Support and work closely with Head of Operations & Excellence to identify opportunities to simplify and improve processes
Requirements
