Insurance Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Support Specialist to join our team at Aon. As an Insurance Support Specialist, you will provide administration support to our Senior Brokers, focusing on client insurance and risk needs. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail will ensure seamless client interactions and policy management.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administration support to Senior Brokers regarding client insurance and risk needs
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings to support their insurance needs
- Participate in insurance policy pre-renewal, renewal, and post-renewal activities
- Prepare, lodge, and invoice insurance policies in an accurate and timely manner
- Attend client meetings and work on tender processes, client renewals, claims, and other insurance broking duties
- Manage key stakeholder relationships with Senior Brokers, Underwriters, Client Executives, and Client Managers
- Passion for a career in insurance
- Strong administration and customer service skills
- Experience supporting Senior Brokers with client accounts
- Client service, underwriting, claims, or insurance broking experience
- Tier 1 insurance qualification or willingness to achieve this qualification upon commencement
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
