Insurance Technology Specialist

About the Role
The Service Delivery Specialist is a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of IT applications within a portfolio. Working under a Service Delivery Manager, this position collaborates with internal and external teams using SIAM and ITIL processes to transition teams to the Momentum way of working.
This role provides guidance to operational teams and ensures service management processes meet the technical and business needs of the portfolio. It also serves as a key interface with partner-supplied team members, managing day-to-day activities and participating in relevant forums.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with SIAM and Service Delivery Practices to ensure run activities performed by partners are carried out to agreed ITIL process standards and SLAs
- Understand and communicate system requirements to operational teams
- Work with technical staff and leaders in managing changes and incidents
- Monitor Service Management processes and ensure continual service improvements
Requirements
- Ideally 1-2 years' Software development life cycle
- Good knowledge and experience of ITSM and IT Operations
- Familiarity with service management processes such as Incident, Change, Problem, Release, and Knowledge
- Knowledge of Rest Apis, Python, Groovy, Springboot, and Deployment process
- Excellent stakeholder and communication skills
