Job Title: General ManagerAbout the Role

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our business unit and drive operational efficiency. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve our 5-year plan of exceeding 2,500 employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and management to the entire leadership team, both on and offshore.
  • Lead the Compliance and Risk Management team, and Business Analysts.
  • Establish and track performance goals, deliver feedback, and support the professional growth of direct reports.
  • Encourage a culture of collaboration and high performance within the teams.
  • Implement automation tools to minimize manual processes.
  • Streamline communication and collaboration within and across departments.
  • Optimize the allocation of resources and distribution of workloads.
  • Enhance employee training programs to boost productivity.
  • Conduct regular process reviews and incorporate best practices.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Oversee and enhance customer service processes and response times.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various internal processes.
  • Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive excellence in operations.
  • Develop and maintain internal reporting and ensure effective service delivery for internal functions.
  • Lead and steer cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing internal operations.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Develop and oversee risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks.
  • Collaborate closely with Management and Finance to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance, risk management, and business analysis.
  • Experience with Workday AMS or similar systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Project management certification is a plus.
