Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Sigma Healthcare Limited. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, maximising margin, and achieving budget within a defined geographical territory.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure all budgets allocated within your geographical territory are achieved or exceeded.
- Assess customers' spend to identify any 'leakage' to competitors, review all reports pertaining to 'leakage' and implement an action plan to retain.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your territory daily by means of cold calling, utilising IMS data and solution selling skills to support sales growth.
- Drive growth of the Sigma Independent program within your territory.
- Develop and implement a plan to identify pharmacies at risk of resignation and create a process to retain them.
- Experience in sales and account management in a Pharmacy environment.
- Sales and business development within the consumer environment.
- Experience in the preparation of management reports and analysis of financial reports and budgets.
- Commercial and business acumen.
- Highly developed organisational and planning skills.
