Customer Service Advisor Role

Randstad is seeking a skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team in the Adelaide CBD. As a key member of our call centre, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a high level of satisfaction for our clients.

The core responsibilities of this role include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls with various stakeholders
  • Providing accurate information and support for customers' financial applications
  • Entering data for contract lodgement and maintaining accurate records
  • Interpreting guidelines and assessing customer eligibility
  • Meeting performance targets and deadlines

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proven experience with system usage and data entry
