Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to join our corporate and commercial team in Sydney.

About the Role
  • Work directly with clients and collaborate closely with partners on a broad range of corporate matters, including business transactions, commercial contracts, and mergers & acquisitions.
  • Provide supervision, support, and mentoring to junior lawyers within the team, ensuring seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Draft and negotiate key transactional documents, such as sale agreements, shareholder agreements, loan documents, and other commercial contracts.
  • Deliver strategic corporate advisory services, including advice on governance, directors' duties, and reviewing general commercial contracts.
About You
  • You will have 5+ years experience in commercial law, with a focus on M&A and a strong attention to detail.
  • You will have expertise in property transactions and commercial lease experience, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • You will be able to balance legal and commercial considerations in negotiations, driving successful outcomes for clients.
  • You will possess excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
  • You will have the ability to lead and mentor junior lawyers, fostering a culture of growth and development.
