Corporate Lawyer Lead

We are seeking a Senior Corporate Lawyer to lead our legal team and provide strategic guidance on corporate and commercial law arrangements.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a General Counsel or Senior in-house Lawyer in a fast-paced environment, with strong expertise in ICT or sales-focused environments.
About the Role- Lead a small team of lawyers to advise on corporate and commercial law arrangements
- Provide strategic guidance on technology contracts, sales opportunities, and corporate & commercial work
- Work closely with the CEO and CFO on general company initiatives such as strategy, structure, and funding
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled lawyer to make a significant impact in a dynamic organization.
Requirements- Qualified lawyer admitted to practice in NSW (circa 10+ years PQE)
- Experience in an in-house ICT or sales-focused environment
- Ability to take ownership of multiple responsibilities including Company Secretary duties
