About the Role
You will play a critical role in supporting a seamless front-of-house experience ensuring positive and engaging interactions with our guests.
This casual position requires weekend availability and your responsibilities will include:
- Welcome every guest to explain the park or resort surrounding area and amenities.
- Actively promote our holiday destination by sharing its unique story.
- Direct guest check-in and check-out and attend to general receptionist duties following correct procedures.
- Maintain high levels of customer service at all times.
- Contact relevant staff when residents/guests report problems.
About You
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role or industry.
- Computer literacy using Microsoft Suite and booking software.
- Passion for the tourism industry with strong sales ability.
- Team player with strong attention to detail and well-organised worker.
