We are seeking an experienced and skilled Holiday Program Project Coordinator to join our team.

The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional experiences for children of all abilities, with excellent project management skills, administration expertise and strong communication skills.

This is a permanent part-time opportunity working 30 hours per week. Our team delivers holiday programs that guide children to explore, learn and play.

The role offers extensive training and support, as well as opportunities to develop and coordinate holiday programs using industry leading tools.

You will be responsible for planning and reporting on truly remarkable experiences, including incursions, special activities and programmed events.

Other responsibilities include supporting and guiding the team in the delivery of programs, being open and engaged with the team, and having good computer skills.

  • Good computer skills, including Excel
  • Previous experience in childcare or disability areas an advantage
  • Event experience also considered
