About the Role

We are seeking an individual to support a seamless front of house experience, ensuring positive interactions with our guests. This role will be critical in welcoming guests to our park, explaining its unique features and promoting it as the ideal holiday destination.

  • Welcome every guest to the park, highlighting amenities and activities
  • Actively promote the park as the ideal holiday choice by sharing its unique story
  • Direct guest check in and check out and perform general receptionist duties following correct procedures
  • Maintain a high level of customer service at all times
  • Contact maintenance staff when guests report problems
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role or industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and booking software
  • A strong passion for the tourism industry and sales ability
  • A team player with strong attention to detail and organisation skills

This is a casual position with potential for additional hours during peak periods. Providing exceptional service to our residents is key to the success of our business.
