About the Role:

In this opportunity as AI Product Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through tailored product training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customized training programs to meet specific client needs.
  • Schedule regular client meetings to ensure seamless product adoption.
  • Provide expert support to customers through responsive research queries.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to gather customer feedback and insights.
  • Design long-term strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention rates.

About You:

To excel in this role, you will possess a strong legal background, preferably with experience in legal practice. Familiarity with legal technology is also highly desirable.
