About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic AI Product Trainer to join our AEM Customer Training Team at Thomson Reuters. As an AI Product Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive product adoption and maximize usage of our generative AI software.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing customized training programs to service specific client needs.
  • Scheduling regular client meetings to ensure customers' training needs are being met.
  • Providing support to customers by responding to research queries.
  • Communicating with internal departments to provide customer feedback.
  • Developing long-term strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase retention rates.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a law degree and ideally experience in legal technology. You should have experience with training and interacting with customers, as well as a passion for learning about new technology and software.

You will be a great fit for this role if you are personable, have a positive attitude, enjoy problem-solving, and are able to help customers. You should also be comfortable working on cross-functional teams and contributing to projects.
