Are you passionate about AI and looking for a new challenge? Thomson Reuters is seeking an experienced AI Product Trainer to join our AEM Customer Training Team.

This role will focus on developing and implementing strategies to drive product adoption and maximize usage, assisting with onboarding and training our generative AI software, and managing customer accounts to ensure that customer training needs are being met.

About the Role

In this opportunity as AI Product Trainer, you will:

  • Develop customized training programs to service specific client needs.
  • Schedule regular client meetings to ensure customers' training needs are being met.
  • Provide support to customers by responding to research queries.
  • Communicate with internal departments to provide customer feedback.
  • Develop long-term strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase retention rates.

About You

You're a fit for the role of AI Product Trainer if your background includes:

  • A law degree and ideally worked in practice.
  • Experience with training and interacting with customers.
  • Interest in learning about new technology and software.
  • Personable, positive attitude, enjoy problem-solving, and help customers.
  • Enjoy working on cross-functional teams and contributing to projects.
