About the Role

This exciting opportunity at Thomson Reuters is focused on developing and implementing strategies to drive AI product adoption and maximize usage. Working closely with sales teams, the successful candidate will be responsible for onboarding and training customers on our generative AI software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop customized training programs to meet specific client needs.
  • Schedule regular client meetings to ensure training needs are being met.
  • Provide support to customers by responding to research queries.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to provide customer feedback.
  • Develop long-term strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates.

About You

Successful candidates will have a law degree and ideally experience in legal technology. A background in training and customer interaction is also essential. The ideal candidate will be personable, enjoy problem-solving, and have a passion for learning about new technology.
