Role Overview

The Corporate Event Operations Specialist will be responsible for supporting all experience requests and event execution, ensuring direct interaction with employees, executives, customers, partners, and guests. This role will work closely with Event Supervisors and the entire Real Estate & Workplace Services (REWS) hospitality team to deliver best-in-class experiences that are unique.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee operational excellence for the holistic guest experience during executive receptions, partner events, employee events, and other gatherings on the Specialty floors and Employee floors
  • Demonstrate strong customer service skills and proficiency in executive interactions during events
  • Efficiently multitask and manage multiple simultaneous live events
  • Ensure consistency with the client's brand and design standards in all customer-facing areas during events, including adherence to photography guidelines
  • Execute logistics for customer-facing meetings, company-wide events and programs during the live event phase
  • Manage on-site event logistics to ensure adherence to all Health & Safety and Global Security & Safety policies, with supporting documents readily available if required (e.g., COI, PLI, SWMS, Risk Assessments)
  • Utilize the REWS ticketing system and run sheets to manage assigned events from start to finish during live execution
  • Manage external relationships (agencies, vendors) on-site during live events
  • Assist with any reasonable request made by management
  • Availability during evenings, weekends, and after hours is required on an as-needed basis for event execution

Salary and Benefits

Our competitive salary range for this position is $70,000-$90,000 per annum, depending on experience. You'll also enjoy a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities, flexible work arrangements, and a supportive work environment.
