Rehabilitation Counsellor

Our team of rehabilitation counsellors play a vital role in helping individuals recover from workplace injuries. We work closely with employees to rebuild their confidence, regain independence and return to meaningful work.

The Role
  • Manage complex physical and psychological injury cases, providing health coaching, career coaching and return-to-work support
  • Conduct vocational assessments both in-person and virtually
  • Develop employer networks within NSW
  • Utilize award-winning psychosocial risk assessment tools to achieve exceptional outcomes

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work or Psychology
  • Eligibility for registration with ASORC, AASW or APHRA
  • Experience working in a similar role within the occupational rehabilitation sector is highly desirable
  • Proven experience working in a high-performance driven environment
