About the Role

We are seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member, you will work closely with experts in various fields to support individuals who have sustained physical and/or psychological injuries at work. Your role will involve collaborating with injured employees and employers, medical specialists, and other allied health professionals to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform assessments including Vocational Assessments, Transferrable Skills Assessment, Job preparation services, Worksite Assessments, and initial needs assessments.
  • Develop and monitor rehabilitation plans through case management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve common goals and objectives.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Current unrestricted registration or membership with the relevant industry body (AHPRA, ASORC/RCAA).
  • Tertiary qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology (Fully registered or Provisional Psychologists with external supervision).
  • Strong clinical reasoning and ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams.
  • A passion to help people rehabilitate and achieve their full potential.
