Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team at Cable & Wireless. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities and providing strategic guidance to support the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Lead and manage a team of finance professionals to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions and drive cost savings
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business plans and strategies
  • Ensure effective financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support business objectives
Requirements:
  • Professionally qualified accountant with a minimum of 8 years' experience in a finance leadership role
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
