Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team at ProWay Livestock Equipment. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading all financial functions of the organisation, providing essential financial insights and guidance to support strategic decision-making, and ensuring our financial health, while driving long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with the Managing Director and senior leadership team to shape and execute financial strategies that drive sustainable growth.
  • Lead all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, to ensure the organisation's financial health and stability.
  • Oversee payroll, office administration, and reception, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.
  • Leverage your expertise to drive business transformation and value creation, enhancing our competitive edge in the manufacturing sector.
  • Provide critical financial insights to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership position, preferably as a CFO or equivalent in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial management principles, including accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
  • Experience in managing payroll and office administration functions to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Ability to provide insightful guidance and support strategic decisions that drive organisational growth.
