Role Overview

As the Chief Financial Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of our organization. You will oversee all financial operations, ensuring sound financial practices and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Analyse financial performance and provide insights to improve profitability.
  • Manage relationships with banks, investors, and stakeholders.
  • Lead a finance team to foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Outstanding communication and leadership abilities.
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., CPA, MBA) are preferred.
What We Offer
