About the Role

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our shared living team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting and empowering people with disability to live a life of their choosing. Your responsibilities will include assisting clients with activities of daily living, such as menu planning, cooking, and cleaning. You will also support clients with personal care needs and assist with medication, as required. Additionally, you will work to behaviour support plans by utilising positive behaviour strategies and communicate with families about clients' progress.

About You

We are looking for a passionate and energetic individual who is committed to making a difference in the lives of people with disability. You will be a positive and supportive team player who is able to engage, communicate, and build partnerships with people. Experience in the disability sector is essential, and you will be required to have a driver's license and vehicle.
