Leading Senior Cost Planner

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cost Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cost planning and management, with a strong understanding of the construction industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the front end of our business unit, managing tenders and pricing work, and developing key relationships with clients and QS. They will also provide high-level cost planning advice to potential clients and assess prelim estimates and forecasts against construction programs.
The role requires a good understanding of the subcontractor trade market and the ability to manage tender submissions and returnable schedules within stipulated time frames. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for this position.
Requirements- A degree in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying
- 10 years of post-graduate experience working for a head contractor from a Tier 1/2 background
- Construction experience delivering tenders within the building sector across NSW
