The Role

We are excited to invite applications for the position of Senior Merchandise Planner. This highly analytical, data-driven role requires a proactive attitude. You will oversee planning activities, support merchandise strategies, and influence cross-departmental and executive decisions. You will also mentor the Assistant Planner and drive process improvements within the planning function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the Planning team
  • Manage OTB, seasonal planning, and inventory, collaborating closely with Buying and Design teams
  • Strategically engage with stakeholders to achieve and surpass company OKRs
  • Prepare weekly trade packs and presentations
  • Own weekly trade actions and promotional planning
  • Develop product lists and manage pricing models, including markdowns and reversion
  • Control markdown budgets and oversee cost price negotiations
  • Manage topline monthly cost price negotiations
  • Partner with the Data Team on weekly WSSI updates and tracking

Ideal Candidate:

  • Collaborative, enthusiastic, and data-oriented
  • Senior experience in Merchandise Planning, preferably within fashion retail
  • Problem-solving skills with proactive issue identification
  • Familiarity with SQL/BigQuery is a plus
