Sell innovative software solutions designed for Workday and bring success to our clients.

As a Product Account Executive - APAC, you will be responsible for selling our SaaS products that include Kainos Smart and Employee Document Management (EDM).

You will own the sales cycle from discovery to close, working closely with internal teams to execute on a territory sales plan.

The ideal candidate is energetic, passionate, strategic, and competitive by nature, with excellent networking skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

This role requires managing multiple deal cycles, executing on the Kainos Product Sales Process, and using industry-standard sales methodologies to win new business.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing multiple concurrent deal cycles, maintaining accurate customer, pipeline, and forecast data.
  • Executing the Kainos Product Sales Process and using MEDDPICCR and SPIN to win new business.
  • Facilitating discovery sessions with clients to gain appreciation for their Workday environment and challenges.
  • Prospecting via a multichannel approach and identifying high-value opportunities.
  • Facilitating demonstrations of Kainos suite of automation and EDM product.
  • Assessing customers' needs and explaining how our products can satisfy those needs.
  • Developing and planning your sales strategy and growing relationships within your assigned territory.
  • Providing support for marketing activities and events.

We are seeking an expert in business development, deal commercials, and commercial offers. You should have a successful track record of enterprise software or solution sales, accompanied by a proven record of hitting targets.

A strong academic background and experience with the Workday ecosystem are desirable but not required.
