**Role Overview**:
As a Sales and Marketing Manager at Chefs2Go, you'll play a vital role in expanding our presence in the hospitality industry. Your main responsibilities will include connecting with hospitality businesses and talent, promoting our services, and helping us grow.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Sales and Business Growth:

- Identify and pursue new opportunities within the hospitality sector.
- Cultivate relationships with restaurants, hotels, and catering companies.
- Showcase our job advertising solutions and secure partnerships.
- Marketing:

- Collaborate on marketing strategies to increase our brand's visibility.
- Keep an eye on industry trends to tailor our marketing approach.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in hospitality or recruitment.
- Previous experience in hospitality is a plus but not necessary
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

- Maroochy River, QLD 4561: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 2 years (preferred)
