Are you a people-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment? We're on the lookout for a Weekend Manager to join our friendly and hardworking team at theaward-winningMargaret River Mitre 10 supporting the General Manager in delivering a seamless customer and team experience across our busiest trading days.

In this hands-on role, you'll help coordinate the day-to-day running of the store from Thursday to Monday, working closely with the leadership team to provide excellent customer service, maintain stock and merchandising standards, and support the development of our weekend team.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading and motivating our weekend team
• Delivering exceptional service to trade and retail customers
• Managing store opening/closing and daily cash procedures
• Overseeing stock levels, merchandising, and order accuracy
• Supporting team training, safety compliance, and day-to-day operations

What You'll Bring:

• Leadership or supervisory experience (hardware or building industry a plus)
• Strong communication skills and a hands-on approach
• Customer-first mindset and problem-solving attitude
• Confidence using POS, email, and quoting systems
• Forklift Licence (LF) is advantageous—or willingness to obtain
• Ability to safely lift and handle stock
